Another one of the many breathtaking little parks here in Clearwater. A little too close to the road. But still a beautiful spot
This is a very well maintained and clean county park. And according to the athletics director a major soccer facility. They hold live events. Today is fortunate enough to meet Vince one of the supervisors and the head of athletics. They told me there's always something going on.
They hold very many special events. I was there so early the park was very peaceful.
Nice place to take a quick walk and enjoy the Views.
Beautiful place not a lot of people but large amount of homeless people living near the overlook areas seemed nice but aside from that I enjoyed myself large bass in the three ponds as well as 2 large alligators that live in the largest pond.
This is my fishing spot haven't caught a large mouth bass yet but I enjoy myself self teaching. The lake is full of fish and two alligators
Nice local park, paved walking trails, soccer fields, playground, lake with decks, restrooms only open during events such as soccer games, nice map of distance(s) walk/run/bike, and Pinellas Trail passes through at south end of park. Also abundance of wildlife such as; birds, alligators, snakes, turtles, fish, and otters.
They definitely should specify in the park name that this is a DISK GOLF park. If you are looking for a DISK GOLF park this is a great place for you. If you're just looking to go for a walk i would not recommend this. It's very busy with people playing and you're in the way if you're just out walking your dog.
